Tote Bag Maris Pacifici

Designed and handmade in Lisbon, these tote bags are inspired by iconic maps from the history of cartography. The Maris Pacifici map published in Theatrum Orbis Terrarum, by Abraham Ortelius, in 1589, is the first representation of the Pacific to be printed in 1589 and contains the representation of the only ship that returned from the first circumnavigation voyage, driven by Ferdinand Magellan.
