From the 16th-century sea voyages to the Philosophical Journeys of the 18th and 19th centuries, there are many recorded illustrations of the natural world in scientific books, cartography, logbooks, records, and correspondence. We reinterpreted these accounts, with an aesthetic approach and without scientific pretensions, to launch our new textile collection, in partnership with Inedit Design.
