Gin Ria "Sal"

Gin Ria Sal interprets the flavours and aromas of the Ria de Aveiro and is based on the salicornia plant, which is found in its salt marshes. With a genuine scent, special flavour and some roughness, it pays tribute to the hard work of the salt workers. Its four distillations are carried out very slowly, in a traditional copper still, so as to enhance the unique characteristics of this plant.

Gin to be enjoyed with friends, fine citrus zest, or fresh salicornia.
