Bowl Amazōnia - Yellow - Bordallo Pinheiro

The Amazonia bowls are part of a collection that results from joint work between Bordallo Pinheiro and the Brazilian NGO Ecoarts Amazônia, in the preservation of an environmental, cultural, social and scientific heritage crucial to the future of humanity. Each piece was made from the rich local flora and was only possible thanks to the intense sharing of knowledge with those who live on a daily basis in this vibrant mosaic of ecosystems, customs, colors, sounds and smells that is the Amazon rainforest. Part of the proceeds from the collection will go towards reforesting the Amazon area of Mato Grosso, through the planting of native fruit trees in cities, rural areas and indigenous villages in the region where Ecoarts Amazônia operates.
